How it works

For mailforwarders

  • Register on the website and provide the address of your warehouse.
  • Offer your customers a referral link or registration widget. Each customer will have their own personal account in LYNX, and they will be registered under your system's ID.
  • Both you and your customers will have access to all order information: message history, order status, tracking numbers. Customers will be able to view this information in their personal account, while you will see it on the LYNX dashboard. The dashboard will also display your customers, their parcels, your rewards, as well as statistics on customers and orders.
  • With this registration, you won't be able to create orders.
  • Further parcel-related activities will take place within the framework of your service.
